Never see the same doctor twice! No matter what number you call - at any time - does anyone EVER pick up the phone! Totally SUCKS!

Unbelievably, terrible!!!! I wouldn't complain if this was the first time this has happened but 3x and that's it!!! Yes, I have been early to my appointments and today I watched 3 people, yes 3, that had arrived after me get called back into a room. When I finally went to the receptionist, I found out she hadn't checked me in. The first time I sat in a room for nearly an HOUR before I told them I had to go. It's not gotten any better. The tech who takes the BP was rude and curt. I know she didn't read the BP right as I could feel my pressure rising after sitting and them skipping me. How can a cardiologist do his job with staff like this. I am done with this office. I don't advise coming here unless you look the other way when "mistakes" happen.
