Had carotidultrasound done and person doing it refused to wear mask. When asked said it "fogs up my glasses" then "I'll do it but won't be able to see anything". After starting she stopped and replaced mask with face shield but was obviously open at the bottom and she was breathing over me. She acted like I was the problem for asking her to wear a mask! Had bad attitude entire time. Do not go here for ultrasound.
Rudest receptionist EVER! My wife went there after her insurance referred her . Receptionist (Cindy?) was abrupt and rude and told her she needed a referral even tough that was already done electronically. My wife drove back to her insurance (Florida Health Care) got a copy of her referral and then back to this place and this time was told they did not do varicose vein (they advertise for vascular surgery). I called to clarify and Cindi, cut me off, talked over me so I could not finish and ask my question. She just would not let me talk and told me in an extremely rude manner "don't you understand what I'm telling you?". When I told her she was rude as hell, she responded that I was "cursing at her"...
