Horrible service overall. From the receptionist to the doctors, poor customer service/care , bad bedside manner. Only was going cause they accept my son insurance but I'll rather pay out of pocket elsewhere

I literally just called ten minutes ago. I greeted the receptionist, good morning how are you. I have a couple of curious questions. I asked whether Or not this doctor has been in practice Here in orlando for over 25 yrs. I vaguely remember a Doctor with a similar name in my youth that i went to but at a different location. She replied I do not understand how can I help you. I then replied you can help me by answering the question. She then continued to give me attitude. No matter what kind of rapport I had in the past, I will never choose this doctor again considering the kind of treatment I just had over the phone. I now understand why Google has such lower use of this office

This office is horrible. The receptionist doesn't even bother to ask your name when she answers the phone she just puts you on hold. She will leave you on hold for 10 - 15 minutes. And don't let me get started on the old lady in billing she was so rude. My insurance was on hold for 15 mins so they hung up. They were trying to help me figure out the billing info since the receptionist wouldn't even schedule me an appointment although I had several appointments before claiming I had the wrong doctor on my insurance card when the provider number for both Doctor Truc Tran and Deanna Tran are the same. Worse place ever! Over crowded, rude staff, and it's like going in circles to speak with someone. I would suggest finding a better Doctor.

Dr Tran took good care of our sick daughter in the 90s. He is a great physician with big heart. We are forever grateful for his service. Dr Tran's service for low income section of community by staying one place for over thirty years is a blessing for poor people.

I Dr.Tran seeing that he was my doctor when I was Toddler and now I'm a mom. But Dr.Tran really needs to fire his staff and start over . when you call they put you on a 15 or 20 minute wait then if you child is sick the staff will give you a week away appointment and have no problem recommending you to go to the E.R. and my favorite when you do make it to where you can make a appointment and you are on time and yet they tell u if your late you get charged a 25.00 late fee but yet your appointment can b at 2:00pm u sit in the waiting room for over a hour and 30minutes b4 they call u back . and then when you do get in the back there u sit another 20 minutes . as if you have nothing else better to do with your day. His staff is so rude and unprofessional and just down right GHETTO then his office is extremely HOT and this is very sad when there is a good DOCTOR but has a very nasty attitude staff and very lazy they don't greet u and never smile and I will never take my son back there and as much a I recommended him because he is a good DOCTOR but his staff makes him look really bad and not to mention I'm 31 years old so its not like I'm a new patient. So until Dr.Tran Tighten up and get him a new staff and clean house on the lazy , ghetto, bad attitude staff that he has I will never set foot back in his office. Just note when his staff has no problem with telling you to take your sick child to the E.R. weather then making a appointment so you child can be seen in a reasonably time frame says a lot about his office the E.R. is for emergency and not for something where ur primary DOCTOR can and should handle. I Love Dr.Tran But I hope he reads this and terminate his ghetto, lazy nasty staff and start over...! Don't waste your time going there until he clean house.
