Dr Sturn is a lifesaver! I was referred to him by a trusted friend during my hospitalization. His staff is very kind and professional and communication is easy. I love using my patient portal, which keeps me updated on every part of my care. Dr. Sturn takes his time in every appointment to listen to my concerns and offers solutions to improve my health. He is VERY knowledgeable and awesome bedside manner! He's the best kept secret in Orlando, but now you know! Thank you Dr. Sturn and staff!

Staff offers horrible service. Wanted to double charge me for devices already paid for. Truly incompetent staff, disrespectful threatened to call cops because I wanted to practice my rights. Was refused service because I refused to pay something I had paid. Dr. Stephen Sturn nor an office manager stepped out to address situation. In book I wouldn't recommend going there seems like a corrupt operation and mediocre and unprofessional service. Certainly not worth my time and money.

Dr. Sturn is a very good doctor with good bedside manner. He is knowledgeable. and cares for his patients. I've been with him for almost 3 years. It is true his old receptionist didn't seem to care, she is no longer there. The new one is seems to keep things moving along. There are longer than expected waits in the reception area. I've waited as long as 40 minutes, but unlike other offices, you don't wait for an additional 15 in the exam room. I feel like Dr. Sturn is the way a family practice should be. You work directly with the doctor. He advises you what is likely wrong and you make decisions together. When he's made referrals to specialists, I've watched him pick up the phone and call the other doctor on my behalf. I've had some serious health problems in the last few years (starting before I saw him) and he has helped me tremendously. If he senses the need he asks if a STAT prescription for imaging is necessary. I've had a few MRIs this way. But he is not going to let you get exaggerated about a situation if it is not necessary. So in summary: Good Doctor. Improving office. Deal directly with the doctor.

Dr. Stephen Sturn is an amazing doctor! He insisted on a test that found my husbands cancer in the early stages. He pushes you to live a healthy lifestyle & is careful with medicines too. I've never minded the wait because I know he'll take the same time for me or my family that he does for the patient he's with as I wait.

Dr. Has great bed side manner. However, waiting room times are very long 30-45 minutes. Receptionist isn't very friendly nor professional. Calling to speak to the Dr is impossible as well. I travel for work and have needed to call for Dr. Orders so I could be seen at clinics remotely and the calls were never returned. (Going without orders is very costly, all out-of-pocket expenses) Also, have an outstanding billing issue that I've tried to call and get corrected. I've even had the insurance company call and still nothing from the doctor. Dr. does not offer shots at his office. So, if you just want general check-ups, good conversation, and nothing more, this is the place to be...but I'd prefer to go to the local pub and do that. It's a hell of a lot cheaper as well.
