Dr. Boswell is the most knowledgeable, caring, respectful, warm physician and friendly doctor I have met and cared by. I recommend anyone who is in the need of cardiologist to see him. Dr. Al Ribaye who is a general practitioner, at the same practice is also a wonderful and caring physician. I have high regards for both doctors and recommend them highly for your health care.
My most recent visit with Dr Boswell was on November 5th at 9:15. Check-in was prompt and nurse called me almost immediately. I was weighed and had my blood pressure and oxygen level checked, then I had an EKG run prior to seeing Dr Boswell. He reviewed the results and discussed it with me within minutes. He checked my heart with his stethoscope, reviewed my medications and discussed any issues I might have. He did say I might need a heart valve replacement in a few years. I'm thoroughly pleased with Dr Boswell's care over the past 15 years.
Dr. Boswell is very nice.. too nice. Recently he ordered an ultrasound of the arteries in my legs. I knew something was wrong by the tech checking my left leg three times. At the follow up with Dr. Boswell he greeted me with Everything's fine. I said no it isn't. Then he told me that I had a blockage in the artery. I think it's best to be truthful with a patient. Dr. Boswell doesn't like to give bad news....
The people at the information and registration did not seem happy. No polite greeting, no smiling. The only person who was nice and seemed to like her job was the ultrasound tech. She is great. Dont lose her!
Dr Boswell is a doctor who inspires confidence in his patients. He takes time for them and he is thorough in his treatment plan.
