I was referred to Dr. Baiju due to complications from foot surgery. I was seen the very next day after my podiatrist contacted him. He immediately assessed my situation, explained that I had Peripheral Arterial Disease and immediately scheduled me for my first arterial procedure. Since then I have had several procedures. During this time, I was so frustrated with the office staff that I wrote a few letters expressing my displeasure at the way the office was run. Now two years later I can finally say that whatever problems there were with scheduling, requesting prescriptions, excessive waiting room time have been completely addressed. I love Dr. Baiju. He has taken a personal interest in me and my health and I know he has done everything possible to help me. The office staff has done a complete turn-around. Sandra at the reception desk is friendly and competent. Claudia, Dr. Baiju's medical assistant is exceptional. She returns my calls promptly. She went over and above providing me copies of my medical notes back as far as 2017 which I needed as proof that I was unable to travel on a cruise we had scheduled. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to express how much improved my experience has been since the office staff has been revamped. Please give Dr. Baiju another chance if you've had a bad experience. He is a wonderful Cardio/Vascular Physician.

Dr. Baiju has been nothing other than exceptional! He has taken great care of my Dad during some of our most challenging times. Claudia, his staff person, is equally as amazing! We are so grateful for this amazing staff. I would recommend this doc to anyone who might be experiencing cardiology challenges.

This has got to be the number one office for worst patient care that I have ever seen in my life. No matter how bad your situation is they will not care, including the doctor. I have been calling since for 2 weeks trying to get an appointment or medical advice on what I should do. I took it upon myself to call the doctor after hours to explain my condition and how poorly his staff has been. Instead he yelled at me and said it wasn't his problem because he never did the surgery on me. I told him that I would just find another doctor and he continued to speak to me as rudely as his staff did and even accused me of yelling at me when I never raised my voice. I myself work for a private practice and if we were ever to pull this stunt our jobs would be gone, for us patient care always comes first. If this is the care that their front desk has to offer it leaves me wondering what does the doctor has to offer. I really feel bad for those who don't know what to expect when gong to a doctors office. I would never trust this man with my health.

Dr. Baiju and his staff are wonderful. They are professionals and they do there best to render quality service and to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Baiju takes his time to explain things and to make sure when you leave his office that you are well informed. I too had issues initially but if you don't tell then what's going on they can't Fix it. Give them the chance to Fix the situation because overall, Dr. Baiju is a great Doctor and Ellen is wonderful, so ask to speak to Ellen to get your issues resolved.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Baiju. He is without a doubt the very BEST cardiologist/physician I've ever met. He is our family cardiologist and takes extra special care of my dad who is hard of hearing. He sits down with us and draws diagrams on his ipad showing where the lesions are, where the bypass or stent was placed, and why he is recommending a certain follow up test. He engages us in the decision making process, so my dad understands why he needs a certain test or procedure. He is efficient, and well connected so that when we do need to go somewhere else for a test for example, his referral means we get special care. HIs medical knowledge is SUPERB. In the clinic, he is kind, patient, and inspires confidence.
