I was seeing the cardiologist at this center. They are only interested in getting you in to take one test after another and charge you and the insurance insurmountable amounts of money. I specifically asked how much would the testing ordered for me cost. Their manager replied that they did not know(lying). I got billed thousands of dollars, and the insurance company paid close to $20k for BS unnecessary testing, which didn't fix my issues. The last few times I went there, I was seen by different nurse practitioners. When it became obvious that this was the wrong course of action, the doctor came in for under 30 seconds only. The medication he prescribed was totally wrong for me and I had a very bad reaction to it. The pharmacy called to check on me, while NO BODY responded to my daily calls and two visits at the doctor's office to get them to tell me what to do with that medication, considering the instructions specifically said that patients should not stop taking this medication without doctors approval. To add insult to injury, I received a bill from them with no explanation of what it was for, then I received a call from their accounting at 8:20 am asking me for that money. I demanded they send me a full statement explaining what this was for, considering that I pay what they ask at the end of each visit. I am never doing back to this place again ever. Unfortunately, there is nothing less than one star to give this place.

Everyone at this center is wonderful. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind and patient. My wife sees Dr Akram and I see Dr Shroff. Both are experienced and terrific doctors. We would trust no others. Staff is friendly, waiting times are acceptable, and most of all the waiting and examination rooms are clean and well equipped. We are well satisfied.

Tony is my nickname, actually name is Walter B. Perez. I'm giving this place one star. I'd give it zero if it was possible. Two nurses, Janyet, (I think that's the way it's written) and Lynn are terrible crast and nasty people. Janyet is rude and obnoxious. I tried a little humor but this woman was humorless. I told her come on, you gotta have a sense of humor, she bluntly stated, " no not me, no humor". She was telling me about eating something or drinking and I said no thanks. She then said everything we are offering is for the testing, but she was 'testy' in stating so. How am I suppose to know that this eating/drinking offer was for testing purposes, which was still to continue for more chest x-rays? If she was offering because of the tests, then she should have stated it beforehand. For instance, Mr. Perez, for the sake of the tests, it's important to eat or drink something. Instead she didn't do that. She starts going off on some rant. "oh, I offer peanut butter cookies or something and people come here, "No, I don't like that, I don't like this. Personally I think they should bring their own food, that way I don't have to deal with, I don't like this food or I don't like that food". This woman just went off. I smiled, shaking my head, while putting my shirt back in my pants, just amazed at this woman's audacity to treat a patient in this manner. At first she began complaining about; "people coming in here sick and all, and making us sick and don't bother to put on a mask, they don't care about us". I tried to humor her by agreeing with her and saying "oh my God, they do that on purpose"? Trying to make her think I'm sure they don't come here trying to get you sick on purpose, but she didn't get the hint. She went on and on complaining. She finished off with her rant about patient food issues. This was a terrible experience for me. Afterward, I felt really stressed. Patients come here because there's something wrong with them. If she doesn't like that they're sick, she's in the wrong line of work. Maybe she should wear a mask if she's that concerned. I asked Moe for her name, and he asked me "who", and I said this woman who's seeing me and he said Janyet? She overheard me asking and she past by me as I was leaving and said, "that's right Janyet". Confrontational. I left my name and number to Monica, so that I can speak to the Manager in charge. Lynn was just crast, lacking interpersonal skills. They both were, but that woman Janyet should not be dealing with patients.
