The office staff and nurses here are a complete disaster . The communication in this office is atrocious. It's almost impossible to get any orders and referrals done completely or on a timely manner. You literally have to harass the office staff to get anything done or to have anyone answer you. I have left this office for good and have gone back to Orlando Health.
I would give zero stars if I could, Waited more than a week and a half just for their team to tell me that they could not assist me at all After informing me that they were the best choice. There receptionist team as unprofessional and lacking knowledge, If you're going to call and tell someone that they cannot accept you as a patient, you should at least be able to tell them why and not tell them "I'm not in clinical, I just don't know why."
I felt an explosion in my heart it felt like a thick vein the size of a elastic rubber tube tourniquet and I am not sure of the size of it but it was thick like one of these in the pictures uploaded then my heart bounced when this vein exploded and at the same time I felt blood rushing out of this vein which was like a elastic rubber tube tourniquet.
The doctors in this building like Dr. Abbasi, Dr. Allan and many other more along with their service staff are wonderful.
