I'm very upset I called last week to verify our appointments for my daughter and I.The lady said September 30 mine at 10am and my daughter at 1015 for her physical. I'm also upset that the doctor I was supposed to see when I made the appointment months ago is no longer there anymore. Days before the appointment I get a text message confirming her appointment saying that my daughters appointment was at 930 but she is seeing a different doctor, I called and asked why I never made that early appointment I still have to wait for my other daughter to take a school bus and since I don't have a car I would never make appointment that early. The lady over the phone sent a message to the nurse assistant and was supposed to get a response but never got one. I told the lady over the phone I will try to be there at 930 but I would be late she asked what time I would be there I said close to 10 because again I don't have a car. The day of the appointment they called 30 mins before my daughters appointment and said they had to cancel her appointment because the doctor had an emergency, then I asked why can't she see my doctor because that's who she was supposed to to see in the first place and all they kept saying was she can't she is booked all day. The crazy thing is you can have appointment and still have to wait for hours to be seen and then when the nurse calls you back takes your vitals you have to go sit back in the waiting room for who knows how long. When you finally get seen by the doctor all she does is type in her computer and all she does is check my breathing that's it. Then when you get ready to check out the lady asked did your doctor tell you when she wants to see next time I said no I will call, then she says how about in December I said no I will call you. Well when I got home I had an email for December 1 at 915 again I said no and I'm not coming back to that location I will change doctor and the location.
