I'm very upset I called last week to verify our appointments for my daughter and I.The lady said September 30 mine at 10am and my daughter at 1015 for her physical. I'm also upset that the doctor I was supposed to see when I made the appointment months ago is no longer there anymore. Days before the appointment I get a text message confirming her appointment saying that my daughters appointment was at 930 but she is seeing a different doctor, I called and asked why I never made that early appointment I still have to wait for my other daughter to take a school bus and since I don't have a car I would never make appointment that early. The lady over the phone sent a message to the nurse assistant and was supposed to get a response but never got one. I told the lady over the phone I will try to be there at 930 but I would be late she asked what time I would be there I said close to 10 because again I don't have a car. The day of the appointment they called 30 mins before my daughters appointment and said they had to cancel her appointment because the doctor had an emergency, then I asked why can't she see my doctor because that's who she was supposed to to see in the first place and all they kept saying was she can't she is booked all day. The crazy thing is you can have appointment and still have to wait for hours to be seen and then when the nurse calls you back takes your vitals you have to go sit back in the waiting room for who knows how long. When you finally get seen by the doctor all she does is type in her computer and all she does is check my breathing that's it. Then when you get ready to check out the lady asked did your doctor tell you when she wants to see next time I said no I will call, then she says how about in December I said no I will call you. Well when I got home I had an email for December 1 at 915 again I said no and I'm not coming back to that location I will change doctor and the location.

This place is the worst doctors office! If your appt is at 2pm they won't call you til 3pm and won't see you til 3:30pm! The doctor also lied and said that the insurance company will not pay for a telehealth visit and forced me to call the insurance company to verify they do pay for telehealth visits! This has really been a hassle with this place every time we visit this office and it's ridiculous! Something needs to be done about the service and the lies that are being told to the patients by the doctor just so he can benefit from a patient sitting here for hours on end!

I am so disgusted with this place every other month i have new doctor and this time they really made me angry. why work for a doctor if you do not care for patients needs I work for a doctor myself for over 20 years never did I push a patient away or say there is a two week turn around time to call a patient back all I asked was to see the prn because I don't even have a md anymore I am not feeling well I do not know what's going on with me they didn't have anything today I asked for a note for work and they said no even though I was there a week ago I will go farther than this review this will not happen again to me and anyone who gets dismissed just for being sick someone has to put a stop to this place. This place is a joke and should be looked into. It's a disgrace how some health care system works or should I say don't work .

Excellent service & care. Staff, nurses & doctors are amazing. Dr. Patel is the best best best doctor I have ever had. I would follow him anywhere and Angie is amazing as well. 110% total dedication to there patients. Thank you so so much Dr. Patel & Angie. They should all follow your lead!!

This clinic is disorganized and irresponsible. I made an appointment a month in advance to see Dr. Lopez and on the day of the appointment they told me that Dr. Lopez could not see me because he had a busy day and they wanted to give me another Dr.. The front desk staff started making excuses and when I asked for the Manager they told me he was in a meeting. I waited for the manager for over an hour and he did not show up.
