Best Doctor ever! Very kind and caring. Explains things well and overall very sunny personality. We love her!
I met Dr Krishnarao when hospitalized with a heart attack. She was the specialist I saw most consistently and has been the most reliable, and relatable, doctor I've seen in the three months since. I highly recommend her and the office staff.
have been a patient of Dr. Krishnarao for evaluation of chest pains and palpitations. My care began during my pregnancy, when I experienced severe chest pains. At that time, a PFO was identified, though I was told it was not the cause of my symptoms. The size of the PFO was also unclear, and I was advised that if my symptoms resolved postpartum, there would be no need for ongoing follow-up unless my chest pains returned. Several months later, I began experiencing chest pains and palpitations again. I underwent a bubble test, echocardiogram, and heart monitoring, which confirmed the PFO. However, I was informed it was "not too large" and did not require intervention. My bloodwork--which appeared to be a very basic panel--revealed abnormalities, and my heart monitor recorded concerning results, including resting heart rates as high as 158 bpm and multiple sinus tachycardia episodes. Despite being told results would be available within a week, it took approximately four weeks for me to receive them. When I requested a follow-up appointment to review these findings, I was initially told a video appointment could be arranged, which was important to me given I live two hours away and care for a one-year-old. The following day, however, I was informed that the appointment could not be accommodated because the physician "does not like doing afternoon appointments." The next available video visit was not until November, or I could come in person. I was later told that since my heart monitor was considered "normal," I did not need an appointment at all. Throughout my care, I have remained patient and respectful, but each visit has involved significant issues. I have consistently waited at least an hour past my scheduled time, often for brief appointments, and even staff members have come into my room & apologized for these delays. Unfortunately, I have also felt that my concerns were minimized and not fully addressed. At this time, I continue to experience chest pains and remain concerned about both my bloodwork and heart monitor results, yet I have not received a thorough explanation & am told there will be no plan of care. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of follow-through, long delays, and poor communication. For these reasons, I have decided to seek care elsewhere and will no longer be returning to or recommending Orlando Health.
