Dr. Joseph Torres is a great Doctor and he is the one that is supposed to have seen me but Dr. Debra Feliciano took over and at first It was nice to visit this place and the staff where all nice but now they switch to ignoring me, because i wanted answers as to why Dr. Debra Feliciano was denying my referrals.. They became rude and refuses to take my calls. Dr. Debra Feliciano has been denying my referrals to go see other specialists who can treat some of my body conditions. She believes she is an octopus that she can handle all medical issues, well I believe she is not. For 4 months all of my specialists doctor that I had made appointments with said Dr. Feliciano has denied the referrals for whatever reasons and causing my body to go into a panic mode. My high pressure has gone up, the diabetes has gone up, CH has gone up, almost had a asthma attack, my feet began to hurt she refuse my referral to see a foot doctor, etc... my medication was being denied because she refused to call them in. I had no choice but to report and make a grevience against her to my medical insurance people. I had to switch to other provider.
