I am really frustrated with the lack of support from Dr Hussein's Team. Not specifically Dr Sayed as he did only see me back in July during my cardio surgery. But since then I have not been able to see him again. He asked me to return two weeks after surgery. I was not able to make an appointment within the two weeks. Only after one month and a half in August I was finally able to go to the clinic and he was out on vacation. To my surprise he was not the one there to see me. It was a team member/ assistant.
Then it was requested to return again after two months and I asked this time to be actually seen by Dr Hussein. Everything was scheduled and I have been waiting for these almost three months when last week I got another call from his clinic to let me know that he will be out on vacation again and will not be able to see me November 6th. They would need to reschedule for December 12th. Really? Is it really happening again? Since my surgery in July I have not been seen by my surgeon! Should I wait until December or probably receive another call that he will be out for Christmas and New Years? This is so unprofessional from his Clinic. I am sure he is not even aware of what they have been doing. But I have tried calling and explaining what happened to me and they simply ignored me. Mrs. Emily from the office knows what I am talking about.
So here is my truly opinion about his Team. Lack of professionalism. They don't care about patients.

All around pleased, the office is nice, quiet & inviting. They have water & coffee as well as a table you may do your work while waiting. The office staff is pleasant & accommodating. The Dr. thoroughly explains everything. He does not rush you or cut you off, he will answer any questions in his scope of practice. I brought my mother here for several visits and am happier with him then my own cardiologist. Will soon be having him as my cardiologist.

Best Cardiologist I've ever seen he explains everything in detail to his patients with kindness and high professionalism, he really cares for his patients in every step of the treatment since the first initial visit in the procedures and the follow ups.
