Dr. Roberto L. Torres-Aguiar, MD

Administrative staff is unprofessional and rude. Zero communication with patients. Did not call me to inform me about schedule changes after I drove out there and then told me "I'm busy honey" when I asked her why she didn't call me. When I walked up she was just talking to the other admin. Could have taken 1 minute to call me and tell me the appointment was canceled. Doctor is fine but office is run poorly.

I saw Dr. Torres about a month ago. I was admitted to the hospital and celebration and he was the attending cardiologist I was extremely impressed with his bedside manner He certainly not a typical Dr That spends 45 seconds with you while nodding his head and staring at his chart. Dr. Torres had a conversation with me he was not in a rush to see his next patient and we talked in detail about my health I was extremely impressed. He told me to call his nurse and set up an appointment for a few days later and again Dr. Torres was fantastic I'm always nervous and apprehensive before seeing a doctor But Dr. Torres is without a doubt my favorite doctor of all time

I been going to Dr Torres for a long time. This year wasn't to good feeling a lot of issues not just anxiety but mile heart issues. The staff there are also extremely friendly and understanding. Yvette is awesome, Angie is also great. I been also driving them nuts for a while. But I do love the fact they deal with me. I am having high anxiety knowing I have to go for a nuclear stress test and very scared.

He was covering for primary cardiologist. Didn't want to be bothered with any discussion. Stood there smiling and passed the buck to other physicians. I love my doctor, but do not like him covering for my doctor. What if he was covering in an emergency? Not sure what to do. My cardiologist is AMAZING!

My experience with this FL Cardiology office hasn't been a good one, appointments are granted, you show up one time, pay your co-pay and sit there until you turn blue. The wait time with an appointment for me has been anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Once your allowed inside they take your vitals and wouldn't you know it, another wait time that can be as long as 1 hour. By the time you get to see the physician your blood pressure is sky high, you are asked by him why your pressure is "high" ?? This also applies is you need to request a refill, they ask for a 2 day processing time, I don't know if it's just me but I've waited for a week or longer. When you call the office, you are placed on hold for several minutes, on more than one occasion I was placed on hold and they never came back to assist me, I remember one time I told myself that I'll keep holding to see how long it will take for them to realize that there is a call holding, let me tell you I waited for 29 minutes before I just gave up. This is UNACCEPTABLE and a DISGRACE to treat patients that are suffering from HIGH blood pressure, shame on you all for this lack of interest in your patients !!!!!!
