Capable doctor with poor front office. Ive worked in medicine and have seen mismanagement firsthand. An issue with my records and paperwork for 2 months led to a poor health outcome. Again, Doctor is great, attentive, and responsive, but the practice as a whole is poorly managed to the extent of harm to the patient.
Dr. Moosa is a great doctor!! Very kind, patient, and informative. He is goes above and beyond for his patients, I highly recommend him.

The customer service is truly awful, They never call back, no follow up, no nothing. don't believe them if they say they will. I sent an email that they requested on August 15th, 25 and they just read it today Sept 8th on the phone, when again I called about it. This office is not vet friendly at all. I will be requesting a newDr ASAP
