I cannot remember the name of the young lady that came in and served me. She asked me did I know about my heart condition and why it was acting the way it was acting and I told her No, not really, all I can remember is that they said my heart was racing fast.So she got a sheet of paper and draw a heart shape on it and named all the four parts of the heart that controls the heart beat, and that was the first time anyone has done that since I had my heart problem. She explained it so clearly that I felt the warmth and kindness of her wanting me to know what was going on with myself. And then, she even explained all the types of medication that I was taking what they were for and how it helped my condition. You know I am very grateful having to met her because that made me aware of how much I need to ask more questions and be more aware of what's going on with my body. I wish I could remember her name and give her the recognition that she deserves. My name is Loria Moore and I was in the office on the day of December 5 2025 between the hours 1:30pm and 2:30pm.
