She earned her medical degree at the University of Florida and completed her residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. She completed her fellowship in cardiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Miami. It's always slightly uncomfortable going to a new medical provider. But Dr Carol Ma soon took all my fears away. She listened very intently to my concerns and was prepared for the meeting by having read my chart in advance. I was quite impressed. She was extremely thorough and discussed medication's in detail. She did not rush the meeting and answered all my questions quite thoroughly. I would recommend her without hesitation!

Dr. Carol Ma is an extremely proficient and a gifted Cardiologist. I was under her care, along with Dr. Cen but was forced to move to Louisiana due to Covid-19 in late 2021. Really wish I could return to their offices, or figure out a way to do at least a TeleHealth session. They are the best! Gregory Shyne
I like Dr Ma and wanted to see her but her staff is preventing from seeing her by treating me like a new patient even though I have been her patient for a long time. They can't schedule me an appointment until mid next year. "Advent Health Organization Policy" trumps patient / Dr relationship. Very impersonal experience and worse, I can't see Dr Ma. I hope she sees this post and contacts as I don't believe she would put the organization over the patient. My wife is also a patient of hers and I guess she will have to find another Dr. as well. Disappointed
