I was a new patient and they were able to get me in the next day. The nurse (Linda?) was very nice and personable. I saw Jessie and she was great! I was impressed with how thorough she was and how much time she spent with me. The are quick to respond to anything on their patient portal, too! I would highly recommend this office!

It took me a long time to find a great primary care practice in Central Florida. The providers and staff at this practice are simply the BEST. I have never had an issue with getting an appointment or having prescriptions refilled. I highly recommend this office. You will not regret choosing them for your healthcare needs! They are caring and attentive.

Dr. Malki has been my doctor since I was a child, he has been my primary since, and he will stay my doctor until otherwise. It is very rare to have someone as thoughtful, and caring as him in this field of work. I feel at ease like I am talking to my own family when I see him, despite me knowing him almost my entire life, he would do the same for someone he just started with day one. The man is a professional yet has a big heart, and is extremely well with balancing both. He'll figure out the issue at hand, or try his absolute best to, and you'll have a good man to talk to. He will give as much of his energy and time available to talk to you as a human being with the time available, but he will never make you feel like a number, feel rushed, or feel stupid. You'll leave his office always satisfied. I cannot say more good things about Dr. Malki's practice and great staff that is kind, charismatic, and efficient. The wait time isn't bad either, always on the dot, or close (a few minutes) to my appointment time. You have a well-seasoned doctor that legitimately cares about your welling being, it's really a breath of fresh air visiting. If you are looking for a primary physician, look no further.

I've been with the office for almost six years, and recently they added a new nurse practitioner, Kelly whom my friend sees and really likes. I've been seeing Dr. Malki and Michelle who are both very professional and knowledgable. I have a hard time believing all the negative reviews, and I believe there is more to their stories than they are revealing. Dr. Malki and the rest of his staff provide excellent service.

My sister goes here and sees Michele she is wonderful. On top of things and always professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. Linda is wonderful nurse and so is the other staff. If they took my insurance I'd be coming here myself.
