The most horrid experience from a doctor! Who prescribes medication that it clearly states on all my documents DO NOT TAKE!! Dr M Anayas, horrible absolutely horrible service!! He does not let you speak, he asks questions you give an answer and he says he already knows all of that, when u answer his question he seems confused and gets upset, then he says who gave you the medications, I was admitted in the hospital so I stated that then he kep asking over and over and then he had an attitude and overal a simple questionturned into a tremendous headache. I came for a general check up and to refill a nerve medication thays it and he presumed that I only wanted pain drugs becausei was in the hospital for 2nd degree burns and now im coming to him!!! This was disgusting and insulting!! He state's he will not do any refills until labwork which i understand and agreed then he said it would still only be after he sent me to several specialists, ughhh but I understood, thinking he is not able to prescribe anything until all of this. when I was about to leave he said I sent a prescription to the pharmacy for u, I said oh...then he state's the medication and it if for the ONE that ALLLLLLL my documents state DO NOT TAKE when I said this to him that it's the same type of medication but a different form I need because this form was killing me, and he got irate and said well I guess I can't please you!!! WTH it's not a game! There are no browny points!! Its my health!! Then why prescribe the wrong medication and when I remind him again thats it's the one I should not take he says to take it and if I get bad results come back in three days!!! Can u imagine a medication i was taking for months that almost made me loose both legs and was told to do not take!! He is telling me to take!! He needs to be assessed! DO NOT GO!! AVOIDDDD this doctor!! Any star is for the office staff not him. I felt more ill after dealing with him!

I have been bringing my 4 grandchildren here for the last 12 years. Dr Perry (Pam) and Dr Anais have been great with my grandkids and all their many illnesses and concerns. I guess I really am very grateful for them and all their dedication and attention to detail. They are great with babies and so far preteens. My grandkids love coming here even though they know sometimes they get shots. The nurses and medical staff here are always happy and ready to assist us with our medical needs. DJ my grandson says Dr Pam is awesome.

Dr. Marcelo Anayas Is absolutely horrid and does not deserve a medical license of any degree. I went in for something simple, just an average check, nothing more or less. He asked medical history and cut me off after ONE statement and got mad. He does not let you speak, barely understands what you try to tell him, and cuts you off completely when you try explaining ANYTHING. Lady at the front always seems dazed and wobbling around when standing. The entire building is falling apart too. Not to mention what they talk about when they think their patients aren't listening. Someone needs to get this "doctor" investigated and removed ASAP. I wouldn't recommend him even if I was dying and he was the last doctor on earth. Here's a tip: LISTEN TO THE PATIENTS INSTEAD OF CUTTING THEM OFF AND MAKING ASSUMPTIONS. Watch how easy it is! If you can even stomach it.

Unfortunately you have to leave a star to give a review. Dr. Marcelo Anayas doesn't deserve any stars, and to be honest he doesn't deserve a medical license. I have never in my life experienced such an awful doctor. I went for my first visit for a referral to an allergy specialist. Ive been seeing an allergy specialist for a very long time but when I moved back to Central FL, I needed to get established with a new one here after having a baby. He said I needed bloodwork before he could do anything. Because I just had a baby, I asked if he wanted my bloodwork from my OB as I had so much ran there. He said no and he wanted all new bloodwork which was fine. I got the bloodwork done and I was scheduled for a follow up to go over the bloodwork. We went over it and then I asked about the referral again as that was my whole reason for going. He asked why I needed an allergy referral and I told him I was on allergy shots for years and needed to continue again now that I had my baby. He then told me that adults don't get allergy shots? I was confused about this and told him I had been getting shots as an adult for years. He then got angry and said I want to send you to get a well woman exam I will write a referral for that. I explained that I do not need a well women's exam, I just had one after I had my baby only a couple weeks ago and I am established already with an OB, but he can have my records from them if he wants them. He then began to shout at me saying "WHO IS YOUR GENERAL DOCTOR", every-time I would try to speak he would cut me off and say "WHO IS YOUR GENERAL DOCTOR". Confused on if he was asking who my OB was because obviously he is the general doctor, I said my insurance dictates you as a general doctor and my OB is so and so. He then yells "EXACTLY IM YOUR GENERAL DOCTOR I TELL YOU WHERE TO GO YOU DO NOT SEE AN OB WITHOUT ME LETTING YOU SEE THEM WITH MY REFERRAL". I was already angry with the disrespect but that pushed me over the edge. I then asked how do you think Ive seen my OB this whole time without your referral if this is only the 2nd time i've seen you. This really made him mad and he said I should find a new provider if I don't agree with him. That is the ONLY thing I agreed on him with. As soon as we were done I called my insurance to change my general doctor. Other than the doctor's horrible attitude, the office is disgusting. Its falling apart, it smells like food, in fact there was someone's lunch just sitting out. Everything is dirty. I was the only person in the office and I waited for over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. He also wouldn't let me leave until he put in my notes the first visit. So I waited for him to come to the room for 30 minutes then I waited with my newborn for 30 minutes after my appointment for absolutely no reason. He put his notes in outside of the room and then the nurse came to tell me he was finished with the notes so I was good to go... why would I have to wait for that? Honestly there were red flags the first visit but I was so desperate to get my allergy referral and not have to call insurance and switch everything over considering I never have to go to the general doctor. I would have been better off calling insurance because I still never got an allergy referral. Please stay so far away from this office. I cant speak on the pediatrics side as my son doesn't see them but for the adults... stay FAR away.

Don't recommend, you can find better! First visit today and it was bad. The Front desk wasn't welcoming and especially the Spanish lady on the far right was rude not even polite at all with a nasty attitude and vibe. The MA charting notes, acts like he's a know it all when clearly not with a cocky attitude. Don't get me started on the so called "Doctor" there.. he was very unprofessional, makes you feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. Once the doctor came In the room I expected to get my health checked not just an ear examination and racially profiled.. not to mention being all up in my face.. like back up old man. Definitely DO NOT go there! Waste of time.
