Came in early to my mom's appointment. Nobody at front desk and had to wait an hour past appointment time (and not a soul in the waiting room). They obviously don't have it together with Christmas decorations still up on the 23rd of January. Lucky I don't live around here or I'd take my mom elsewhere!
I won't lie, I was a little nervous of this office at first due to the mixed reviews. My 1st appointment was later in the afternoon and they had quite a few people waiting..but they have a few different things going on in the building so it's not like everyone was waiting to see the same Doctor/person. My appointment went smoothly and everyone was nice and courteous. I've been there about 6 more times in 2 months and honestly I feel it's a great office. Nothing to complain about. I've definitely been to much worse. Great staff and doctors. I would recommend this place to my loved ones.
I've gone to this office for a number of years, and have found them generally to be efficient and knowledgeable. My experience today was especially positive. Before the doctor entered the office, all preparation was done by their medical assistant (nurse?) Courtney. She did a great job with my EKGs and blood pressure, but beyond that she was just wonderful at making me feel cared for. Bravo Courtney!

First time in this office. My appointment was around 3:30 p.m not normal, pretty late in the day. .After the person complete test, I had to wait for the doctor to come and give me my results. I waited about half hour. It seem like the doctor forgot about me. I told the nurse that I've been waiting there a while. Took the doctor another 10 minutes to see me. The Doctor requested that I do two more test. The nurse schedule me for two Test without getting a pre-authorization approval from my insurance. Not sure what's going on in this place but the nurse needs more training. My insurance call to get a pre-approve authorization from the doctor. The nurse told him to call the billing department. He stated this is not the correct way. I called to find out what's going on with with pre-approve authorization, the nurse told me I had call my primary doctor. I was getting the runaround. I have decided not to return to this office again.
