Horrible!!! The care here is scary. Dr Guitierrez scribbled a few words on a piece of paper to a woman with dementia who had no clue what they meant. As the health care proxy I have been trying to get the information on what they meant and what's needed. When I finally reached them, they gave me instructions using incorrect medical insurance info and said they would get back to me. So far... Crickets. I would stay very far away from this office. All I needed was 5 minutes of the doctors time that I can't seem to get.

I'm gonna give them one final try this month, but I have been seeing the nurse practitioner and she is completely uninformed about trauma. I told her I can't see a male gynecologist and during out next meeting she asked "so are you over your ptsd yet?". Extremely disrespectful, borderline medically neglectful. I'm a psychotherapist specialized in trauma, and to know I referred some vulnerable clients over to these people is horrible. Oh and she also asked if I smoke, when I said NO, she diagnosed me with cigarette smoking and printed it out and handed it to me. When I asked her to correct it during our follow up, she did not and printed it out again. I contacted my insurance to let them know and investigate, but still its very concerning that patients are being treated in such an undignified manner. Very disappointed.

She is an excellent doctor and her team is the best, they are very good, they always help me, they provide many services, if not all of them. The Doctor and the Nurse Practitioner are the best in all of Tampa and Oldsmar.

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience pleasant. I'm grateful for the excellent care and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Dr Perez saved my life. She looked at my labs and diagnosed me and sent me to the hospital immediately as needed. I had been to the hospital previously and was ignored but Dr Perez took care of me and knew exactly what to do. She really was the only doctor who would listen to me issues, she got me in promptly and even called me back on a Sunday. I owe her so much gratitude!
