About Dr. Saurabh Patel, MD, FACC
Dr. Saurabh Patel is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. He specializes in coronary and vascular interventions, coronary and vascular artery disease, cardiomyopathy, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. His office is in Ocoee. Dr. Patel received his medical training at Maharaja Sayajirao University's Medical College Baroda in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dr. Patel completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in New York. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Dr Patel is not only caring but compassionate and thorough as well. He explains everything to you in detail so that you can understand it. He makes you feel like you're part of the process he talks with you not at you. I've been to other practices and not been heard. I'm very fortunate that I came across his practice. I'll be having a procedure thanks to his thoroughness. I want to also mention that his staff is wonderful too! Dr Patel is the way to go!

My experience with Dr Patel for my first visit was do I feel comfortable with him, does he listen to me on any concerns I have for myself and what was he going to do about my concerns.
