Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Institute - Ocoee

I only had to wait 5-10 minutes in the waiting area which is very beautiful and comfortable! Sparkling clean restrooms with plenty of hand soap and paper products! Dr. Patel really cares! He is very kind and professional! He actually takes the time to listen and answer questions! We got in and out very quickly! I love how the staff respects our time! I am a brittle Diabetic and I was ready for lunch and they have a very nice Cafeteria on the Ground Floor. This is very convenient because we do not have a car and depend on our insurance provider for transportation. While my Daughter was getting lunch for us at the grill, I was waiting at the table by myself and a Nurse came over and checked on me which was nice and showed me that Orlando Health really does care about the patients! My Daughter and I had a Veggie Burger and it was delicious! Usually hospitals are known for having bad food but this is not the case at Orlando Health! They also have a Starbucks where we can grad a coffee or tea on the way out! The hospital looks more like a Shopping Mall than a Hospital which makes it a more friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I hate having to visit the Doctor or a Hospital but knowing that people care and having somewhere to eat makes it less stressful on me! If I must go I prefer Orlando Health over the rest! I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff as well as Orlando Health Central in Ocoee!

I love Orlando Health! They have the best Cardiologists in the Orlando area! Dr. Aleti and Dr. Patel are awesome! The Cardiologists are extremely highly qualified and explain things well! The staff is very professional, kind, compassionate and caring! They respect your time and get you right in and right out! They go above and beyond for the patients! My Mother and I are both patients and receive the very best care possible! They even have a testing area and the staff are very well-trained, kind, compassionate and caring! The offices and hospital are very clean and beautiful! There is even a Starbucks at the Front Entrance! What more could you ask for?

I always have the best experience when I deal with Orlando Health. Everyone that works there seems happy to be there which makes me feel that they care. Dr. Patel is so informative and a great listener. I definitely recommend them!

I didn't feel rushed out the door by the doctor. They were respectful of my time and got me a same day appointment because of a cancellation. So I didn't have to come back. Got result from my echogram same day. They have certainly improved communication and follow-up.

The amazing staff and doctors at this facility will not steer you wrong , you will become part of an extended family that cares for your well-being. Drs Patel and Kurup are truly God sent to take care of us. The heroes are here at Orlando Health!!!!
