About Dr. Aisha Maldonado FNP-BC
Aisha Maldonado is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute in Ocoee. Her areas of expertise include caring for patients with acute heart failure, outpatient diuretic infusion therapy, inotropic therapy and pre- and post-procedure care. Aisha received her nursing training in Puerto Rico, earning her bachelor's degree in nursing from Universidad Metropolitana in San Juan and Master of Science in nursing with certification as a family nurse practitioner at Turabo University in Gurabo. She is licensed as a registered nurse and APRN. Aisha joined Orlando Health in 2017, and she is fluent in English and Spanish.
