Jonathan Constantin, DO, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in cardiovascular disease, providing care to patients ages 18 and older. He is certified in cardiovascular medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr Constantin earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, then received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and his fellowship in cardiology at Drexel University.

Dr. Constantin was amazing. He was the first cardiologist that took my condition seriously and actually ordered tests to try and find out why I have high blood pressure. I'm so glad to have found him and I believe he will take good care of me and my husband. He has a great attitude and energy and explains his thought process to you along the way. He explained to me every test he was sending me for and why. I'm glad Advent found a cardiologist as good as Jonathan Constantin!
My husband saw Dr. Constantine for the first time on Friday. We have chosen him to be David's cardiologist to follow him after his heart events. We were extremely impressed. He spent time with us explaining everything in terms that we could understand as non-medical people .
