Dr Rao always takes her time she is patient and is very thorough. She never makes you feel rushed She is a joy for a doctor. She takes your questions seriously and makes sure you understand and are comfortable With her recommendation of care. I would recommend her for anyone who needs a great Cardiologist. The staff is always pleasant and helpful at either office.
The receptionist was so kind and helpful when I needed help adding my secondary insurance on the check in machine . I didn't get the ladies name that did my vitals and EKG but she was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Mike, what can I say, she's always the best Very thorough, and professional. My appointment was for 10:45. I was walking out the door at 11:25 with 3 appointment scheduled for procedures and follow up. Thank you!
The location is very clean.. the entire staff is very humble and helpful.. the doctor is standing.. very informative and shows he cares about your concerns. I have nothing but excellent for each and every one of them..
Dr Rao is the very best. I've been with her almost 25 years & don't know what I would do without her. She is kind, loving and genuine. Her knowledge is as exceptional as she is.
My husband had an appt with Dr. Patel. Everything went very well, he had an EKG done and the nurse who set it up was very professional. Dr. Patel came in asked if there were any changes since the last time we were seen and there are none. He checked my husband's heart and that was excellent and we will see him sometime next year.
