Esteban Escolar, M.D., F.A.C.C., is a full-time cardiologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Columbia University Division of Cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Escolar joined Mount Sinai Medical Center in July 2009 as the Director of the Coronary Care Unit. In 2010, he became the Director of the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Program and the Chest Pain Unit. In 2013, he was named Director of Cardiology Clinical Services.

I really like Dr Escolar. His offices at Skylake are clean and spacious with easy access and the staff is great. Dr Escolar is very pleasant, thorough and answers your questions in detail. In my opinion, he's one of the best of the best. I highly recommend him.

Very disappointed and unimpressed, bad bed side manners, distrustful, which is the principle in any doctor patient relations, and dismissive, not what one needs with complicated cardiac history, perhaps lacking experience in complicated conditions, as denying long standing diagnosis and treatment well established, disappointed after waiting for 4months, think twice unless your condition is not complex
