The most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Loudly demeaning me in an open door exam room directly across from the main nurses station. Speaking poorly of another Baptist Cardiologist that I trusted but is no longer with Baptist. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully, left this appointment physically shaking and cried in my vehicle. Baptist claims after this one visit that didn't discuss my actual condition at all, that I am now "established" with this person and after several calls and pushing they offer a PA though records still show this disrespectful person as my provider. After reviewing my notes in my portal I see that my actual accounts of day to day are not accurately portrayed, leaving me to see that conversations are not truly being heard. Though I have had nothing but good to say about Baptist, using all other offices for my medical needs and being happy with everyone I have encountered I will now be finding my cardiologist outside of this medical group.
