On this particular Friday office was very very crowded. Front desk staff seemed very overwhelmed, and not able to give me a satisfactory answer to a concern I had regarding a test that was canceled on me 2 days before my appointment (I made these appointments well over a month ago).The test that I did have, a mammogram, was handled very efficiently, by a fantastic technician, and I was called fairly close to my appointment time, so from that aspect I give 5 stars.
I recently had a PET scan at Radiology Regional and was very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the technologists took the time to clearly explain each step of the scan, which helped ease any nerves I had going in. The facility itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I appreciated how the team prioritized both accuracy and patient comfort throughout the procedure. They made sure I was relaxed and well-informed the entire time. Overall, Radiology Regional delivered exceptional care, and I felt confident in the quality and thoroughness of the imaging. Highly recommend for anyone in need of advanced diagnostic services.
This was my first experience at the Naples Radiology Regional on Goodlette Road. My Ultrasound Technician was Khin, and I can't praise her enough for her professionalism from the moment I walked in until I left. She was friendly, checked my paperwork and confirmed my data to be correct, explained what she would be doing, and was very thorough throughout the Ultrasound process. Her friendly demeanor is certainly praiseworthy, but most importantly, the expertise and the thoroughness in which she performed my Ultrasound is not only praiseworthy but also greatly appreciated. Very nice people that work there and the lady that did my daughter's ultrasound was very courteous. She was excellent with my daughter. I would definitely recommend you all to anyone.
I made an appointment a few weeks out for an MRI due to their busy schedule. Two days before my appointment, Tamara from RR calls to say my insurance wasn't cleared and therefore my appointment was canceled. I called my insurance and doctor - they said that RR hadn't sent in the insurance request until THAT DAY so of course they needed a review period. End of story - my appointment was CANCELED by RR because they hadn't requested the insurance on time. I wound up going elsewhere for my scan.
