The initial wait before I was taken in for my procedure was rather long. However, once I was brought in it was a nice experience. The nurses were all nice and took good care of me. The anesthesiologist was VERY thorough with her questioning. I appreciated her attention as I have terrible asthma and get anxious before procedures. The aftercare was also great and checkout was a breeze. Def a good place to come for future procedures. .

I cannot thank the medical staff enough for coordinating and exercising my medical procedure. From the moment my name was called to prepare me for my endoscopy and colonoscopy through to the moment of my being released, Physicians Regional Pine Ridge team of professionals demonstrated the epitome of quality and caring health care during every step of the way, I experienced a highly trained and dedicated team who not only followed protocol to perfection, they provided me with a level of confidence that I was in the care of the best of the best. With an impeccable reputation for delivering exceptional medical services; his reputation, presence, and assurance that I was his number one priority, was all I needed to hear for me to realize that I was in the company of a very special talent, a consummate professional, the creme de la creme of Gastroenterologists.

I am a patient who underwent left inguinal hernia surgery yesterday, November 12, and I've had an excellent experience at Physician Regional Healthcare System, especially with Dr. Jonas Mansson, Board Certified in General Surgery, for his outstanding skill, care, and professionalism. During the pre-surgery consultations, he was very clear and thorough in addressing all my questions, and he also showed genuine concern after the procedure. All the medical and specialized staff involved in the preparation and performance of the surgery were precise and highly competent. A special mention goes to nurse Meyvis for her attentive care before and after the surgery, and for her helpful guidance regarding post-operative care. In the preoperative area, all the staff demonstrated calmness, professionalism, and excellent medical conduct. A great thank you to all the medical staff who were involved in my procedure yesterday!

Simply the best! I've had more than my share of medical issues the last few years and I can easily say my experiences with Dr. Susan Cera and her staff are the most professional, courteous and caring people in the industry. My appointment time for my last procedure was 10:45am. I was on the table and going under anesthesia at 10:38am... Love these people! Dr. Cera has saved my life and improved the quality of my life when others failed and wasted years of my life...

During my four-day stay, I was consistently satisfied with the quality of care, the treatment plan, and the professionalism of all staff members. Even while following a heart-healthy diet, I found the food to be very good. The overall atmosphere was positive, the room was clean with a pleasant view, and whenever I needed assistance, the on-call nurse responded promptly.
