I was happy with my visit to to Howard's office. He was smart, direct and efficient. I appreciated his ability to explain information in a simple, easy to understand language. He has a professional and pleasant demeanor. Also his medical assistant Ella was very nice to deal with. She was friendly, encouraging, and supportive.
Dr Howard and his staff [NCH Healthcare System -- Rooney Heart Institute] are incredible medical assets for SWFL. Dr. Howard accepted an emergency referral from my PCP (Dr. Z. Shahla); within two days, of referral, I had a consultation with Dr. Howard and his associate Dr. M. Flynn and was quickly accommodated and a procedure was scheduled. My entire experience was incredibly professional, personable, and delivered with compassionate care (explaining in detail the medical procedure to me; during the procedure keeping me informed and making me feel 'part' of the team) . Dr. Howard and his staff are humanistic, holistic and, in my opinion, a model of quality medical care.
