NCH Rooney Heart Institute: Robert J. Cubeddu, MD

Dr Robert Cubeddu is a wonderful interventional cardiologist. He is surrounded by an amazing team who clearly enjoy their work. My 87 yr old husband underwent a TAVR in May of this year and is making a good recovery. A sincere thank you to all for extending his life. We have been married for 47 yrs!

Robert J. Cubeddu is the best interventional cadilogist I have ever had the privilege to be under his medical care and all his team members are amazing too. I am so grateful for his medical skills and great personality too. Thanks to his care I got the quality of my life back. I have just under gone the Watchman procedure by Dr. Cubeddu. His caring attitude and skill made the procedure flawless. The entire staff from preop to postop were outstanding.

My highly-respected Chicago doctor of 34 years told me not to bother coming to Northwestern, the Univ. of Chicago or even Mayo because "The team they now have at NCH Naples is as good as anything we have in Chicago". Dr. Cubeddu was the Head of the Cardiac Division at the Cleveland Clinic. I took his advice and am so very grateful - my life was certainly extended, perhaps saved. The team was brilliant. I avoided open heart surgery, spent one night in the hospital and even my childhood heart murmur has disappeared. 5th Avenue, the beaches, the golf - are all nice. But the fact that we have these extraordinary surgeons, nurses, and associates in Naples at NCH is, for me, what I love most about our city.

Dr. Cubeddu was highly recommended by several top cardiologists in Florida. After my initial visit with him it is obvious to me why he is h e ld in such high regard.
