NCH Rooney Heart Institute: Mazen S. Albaghdadi, MD

My first visit with Dr. Albaghdadi lasted less than five minutes. He only listened to my heart, prescribed blood pressure medication, and sent me on my way--no follow-up, no discussion. After two weeks, the medication wasn't working for me. I called the office four times and left messages with his nurse, but never received a call back. Very disappointing. I ended up going to my primary doctor, who prescribed the correct dose right away. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor.

First visit for my husband. Dr. Albabhdadi was very thorough. We felt he asked all the right questions and educated us with my husband's heart problem. After he asked us if we had any questions and he answered all of our questions. Excellent bedside manners. All the staff is great.

Absolutely wonderful doctor.!!! He is a brilliant surgeon and a very passionate and cordial with patients. We thankful for his understanding with not very good patients. Dr Albaghdadi is a great physician. Very personable, caring, compassionate, friendly, very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. Always able to get an appointment quickly. Would definitely recommend him. So glad he is my doctor.

He was a pleasure. Went over all my records & explained everything thoroughly. I will keep him as my cardiologist.
