Naples Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology

I have been going to Dr. Gursoy for about 10 years now, and I find him to be knowledgeable, quite concerned about his patients, very straight forward and pulling no punches, and quite frankly, a very interesting and nice person. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've read the reviews stating otherwise, but you have to ask, how do these people treat and talk to them. In the ten years I've been a patient of Dr. Gursoy, the office staff may have made one mistake in scheduling, but I consider that excellent. I too have screwed up. Long story short, I highly recommend Dr. Gursoy.

I was informed that I needed to see a cardiologist quickly and I was amazed how quick Sherie the Nurse Practitioner responded to get me in so fast. From there the momentum didn't stop. Angela , Meghan and Vanessa are very professional and truly care about the patients. They were very thorough to make sure I was ok! If anyone needs a cardiologist I 100% recommend Dr. Gursoy and the staff at NICE!

April 7 2025 I drove 3 hours to take my 94 year old mom to her appointment at this office. We arrived 15 min early and were told that last November 2024 an email was sent that the appointment was changed. The front desk person was totally uncaring and unhelpful in helping us out to find an alternative solution. Her customer service was terrible.

Dr. Gursoy and staff are just excellent, I couldn't ask for a nicer group. Dr. Gursoy is 'no-bull', which is what anyone should want when it comes to personal health. He honestly listens to his patients, and yes, he does have a sense of humor, missing in so many others. Under his care since June 2021.

The mantra of this office is NICE, this could Not be further from the 2 experiences I had With them. The office manager is unfriendly, Rude, antagonistic and condsending. Her in office professional behavior is unacceptable, Only to be exceeded by her controversial bad Phone manners. When is acceptable to hang Up on a client, because you do not like what They are saying. A person could die waiting for Her to care. My question is why would you Employ someone so ill equipped to deal with Sick people And then promote NICE...
