Met with the doctor who gave me some helpful information, however the staff in the department needs tremendous improvement. It took over 1-hour sitting at the desk to schedule two appointments due to lack of knowledge. I also asked for a billing code for the service I was scheduled for as I was given incorrect information. I was told the service would be covered, it doesn't appear to be the case. Two weeks later with follow up messages via the portal and voicemails, I was able to get a billing code by calling again that should be accurate. I cancelled my appointments due to the lack of trust and confidence in the department.
