Julio Peguero Moreno, MD

Dr. Peguero was very professional, polite and most of all thorough with his decision on my well being. He made me feel very comfortable with his choice of questions.

OnJuly 27th I had an appt with Dr. Julio Peguero. His M.A Janisse Delgado had taken my vitals and she discovered my blood pressure was really very high. She had me wait 10 minutes to see if it would come down. Since I was in an almost car accident on my way to my appt with Dr. Julio Peguero. Thinking that the almost car accident might of elevated my blood pressure Janisse had me sit for 10 mins to see if I could relax after my experience. Janisse Delgado took my blood pressure a 2nd time and it went down slightly, but still very elevated. Dr. Julio Peguero came in and looked at my vital results and said your blood pressure is very high. We need to figure out what is causing it to be very high. After he checked my checked my vitals he said everything sounded good, but needed to get to the root cause of why my blood pressure was high. He asked his M.A Janisse Delagado to set up appts for my CT calcium score and Ultrasound sound echocardiogram. I informed Dr. Peguero I was leaving 8 days to return home after vacationing in Florida. The time was too short for the test he wanted me to make. He explained to me the exams involved why I needed them and he was not comfortable letting me return home with such a very high blood pressure. Janisse Delgado told Dr. Peguero time was too short for all the appts. He told Janisse Delgado make it happen for the next day or 2. Janisse Delgado worked with her team member to get me the appts needed within 1 to 2 days. She call the lab scheduled my bloodwork for the very same day while I was waiting for the other the schedule of the CT Calcium score exam and the Ultrasound soun Echocardiogram. She even walked me down to the lab for my bloodwork which for me that was very comforting. She made it happen asper Dr. Peguero's request. "He said she is his right and left hand and makes things move and happen. Once Dr. Peguero received all my results he made the diagnosis and was able to prescribe me medication for my blood pressure and told me my cholesterol and had to lose weight. He instructed Janisse Delgado to take my blood pressure twice a day (morning/night) and put entries on the form given to me by Janisse Delgado. I scanned the form a few times and sent back to Janisse Delgado who would send to Dr. Peguero. He increased my dosage because my blood pressure was not coming down as expected. The new dose finally bought my blood pressure under control. His M.A Janisse Delgado will continue to forward the form with my entries to Dr. Peguero until I return in December 2023. I thought I was going to visit Dr. Peguero for just a routine exam. And, I thought this was going to be a slam dunk nothing burger. I came to the realization after my diagnose that I was a waking time bomb. I owe Dr. Peguero my life and his M.A Janisse Delgado for their quick action on getting me to understand my diagnose and getting the exams and treatment needed before leaving the U.S to return. My hat off to both of them for their due dillegence. They are a great team. They earned their high review.

Fue una tremenda experiencia, muy contento con el Dr. Julio Peguero, muy amable y familiar. Se tomo todo el tiempo necesario para interrogarme, examinarme, oir mi historia y sintomas sin apuros,me senti seguro y confiado de sus criterios diagnosticos y sugerencia, todo adaptado a mi situacion y posibilidades. Se ve muy bien preparado y hasta me acompano hasta la secretaria para confirmar sus indicaciones. Su personal buenisimo, atenta, rapida eficiente con dominio de su trabajo. Sali muy contento. Y algo mas, el Dr me indico una medicion de magnesio en sangre, fui al laboratorio del mismo hospital y alli me pidieron su firma, ya el se iba y lo encontre en el camini, muy amable me dijo no se preocupe y cdo yo iba de camino al laboratorio ya el lo habia puesto en el sistema y el resultado 3 hs mas tarde. En resumen muy contento, tremenda atencion de calidad!!!!

Mi esposo salio del hospital el 20 de mayo y llame para pedir un appointment porque el doctor le dijo que la sacara lo antes posible yo habia sacado otra Cira con un doctor pero mi esposo queria seguir el seguimiento con el doctor julio perguero y llame a su prima y le mandaron a mi esposo por el appointment para el dia julio 27 siendo una emergencia y despues me llamo la secretaria que el doctor no queria ver a mi esposo y que buscara otra cita con otro doctor no lo veo bien ya que el sabe la condicion de mi esposo y lo rechazo verlo le hago saber para que vean como trabaja este sistema
