The first time ever I was totally comfortable, and confident in their staff. Great careing Doctor, The doctor that gave me my sedative, and the whole Nursing staff. Even the guy that pushed my cart.The most polite, and pleasant staff. I never felt worried once from check in, th speaking with my doctor, till the time I was released. Thank you. And that's the first time I've ever thanked hospital staff.
Dr. Stipp is a very understanding doctor. She carefully listened to my concerns about my health. She heard that one of my medications had been stopped when a request from my pharmacy was sent. She emphasized that should not have been stopped so was going to issue a new prescription for it. When I picked it up, it was NOT what we had talked about. So, after discussion with her office, they finally issued the correct prescription. Yes, the was an apology but what would have happened if I wasn't paying attention?
I was seen quite promptly. The doctor needs to talk slower and direct his voice better towards the patient. I wear hearing aids and had to remind him twice to speak up.
Not only was Dr. Riddle extremely competent and professional, but it was clear he had taken time to review my files, develop a plan for my improvement and best of all had an incredible "bedside manner". Great sense of humor, and very interesting stories of growing up in this area. Dr Riddle is the best physician I've had that I can remember.
NP Eketrina Page seemed like she knew a bit about my condition and recommended two procedures. She was nice and efficient. So far so good. Also, I did not get the nurses name that came in prior but she was nice as well. Hereditary Hemochromatosis awareness!!!!!!
