This place has gone down hill in the past year. I've been coming for the past 10+ years service use to be quick and to the point, testing would be all done the same day so only 2 visits needed for me personally. Now you wait in the waiting for almost a hour, see the doctor for 2 minutes and then they schedule you for testing for another day, and you can't do multiple test the same day they split them up now. so they make me do 2 appointments, and you have to make another appointment to see the doctor for 2 minutes to discuss the results. So you have to pay 4 co-pays and take 4 days off from work for no reason when this use to be done in 2 visits 1 copay.

Extremely Unprofessional - Wasted My Time and Ordered an Unnecessary Test I went to this cardiology office for a simple clearance before a procedure. At my first appointment, Dr. Coy never even showed up -- instead, I was seen by a random provider I had never met before. Without any symptoms or reason, they ordered an echocardiogram (eco) I did not need. That eco was scheduled for two weeks ago, but the day before the test -- right before the office closed -- I was told my insurance had not authorized it. Only then did they mention it required a "peer-to-peer" call between the doctor and the insurance, something only they can do. They claimed they tried twice, but my insurance still said no. This was the first I heard about the denial, two weeks after the order and one day before the test. The whole situation has been unprofessional, careless, and completely avoidable. They wasted my time, delayed my procedure, and caused unnecessary stress over a test I didn't even need in the first place. I will be taking my care elsewhere and cannot recommend this office to anyone.

Seriously, I'm not one to shame but does the front desk only get paid to just sit and hand a clipboard out? Do they not know what a phone is? You even leave messages to be called back and nothing! I even read reviews that other patients have this exact same issue, to the extent that all they hear when they are in person is the phone ringing and not being picked up! No matter what time you call whether it's morning or afternoon, you won't get an answer. I used to love this place but it's getting to the point where I want to just change my pcp. Doctors may be great but the front desk needs to be addressed! Please fix the situation! I'm sure im not the only one who is trying to get a hold of someone there. All the times I've went there's at least 3-4 people at the front. Doing what? Apparently nothing. Terrible.

Loved the speedy and efficient service, I called in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next morning at 9 am. All the necessary tests were carried out smoothly moving from one test to the other without delay. At 80 years old I have been to a number of medical facilities and none of them can match the efficiency and caring of your organization. I applaud you and obviously will continue to use and recommend your services to anyone in need. You are simply the best!

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone be it via phone or email. Days and days and days of trying to get in touch to no avail. Just terrible. Edit to add: yes thank you, those are the very ways I have been trying to reach you for over a week now. It's no use at all.
