He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Worst customer service I have ever received from a MD. Still in pain and his MA is lazy, doesn't document orders or conversations and persists to be incompetent in his field. Would never use this MD again for anything.
