From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine kindness from the staff. Everyone (from the ladies at the front desk, the nurse to Dr. Bandel) was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which instantly made us feel comfortable. Dr. Bandel was exceptionally kind and attentive, taking the time to truly listen and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. His caring nature and professionalism made the entire visit a wonderful experience. We left feeling well taken care of and confident in the quality of care provided. Highly recommend Dr. Bandel and his amazing team!

Had appointment today at 5:00pm today, arrived 15min before my appointment as advised. At 5:19pm still not called, nurse tells me 19min past is not a lot of time, that i should keep waiting. However if you are late they only work by appointment what a joke! If you want your time wasted schedule with him!

Dr.Bandel's exceptional care, guidance and expertise have been an absolute blessing for our family. Dr. Bandel's dedication to our child's well-being, combined with his clear communication and attentiveness, instills a deep sense of trust. It's like visiting a friend who happens to be an extraordinary pediatrician. His office staff is accomodating and caring. We trust them completely and can't recommend them enough to other parents seeking the best for their little ones.

Very unprofessional and the lady at the desk is rude we were 8 min behind , and they refuse my godson services we call ahead and told them that we running running behind are original apt was 4 pm they were a lot detour around the office . Everyone was rude and they told us too wait outside with the baby in the hot son instead of standing inside .

The best pediatrician in Miami for sure! He has seen my babies since they born and we couldn't be happier. An excellent professional and human being!!!
