I'm their Patient and I'm very proud of them. Service, orientation and communication is very important and they do very well. They have a very good podiatrist and I'm sure everyone will be happy with her team. All Doctors are very lovely and very professional. I love this medical staff
Today July 22, my mother had an appointment at 9:30 AM it was 5:00 PM the doctor did not show. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I understand that the doctor may have had an issue but, the staff could have treated the patients with respect and tell them the truth. Instead, the staff yelled at the patients who ask about the doctor's extreme tardiness. Some of the patients left very angrily. My mother is a diabetic and she did not eat any thing all day, her blood sugar drop. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The staff need to be retrained in customer service and professionalism. The doctors need to learn punctuality and not wast the patients time.
Dr Joesph Durandis has been our family Doctor for great many years starting with my mom sister brother my daughter and now me. He sits and talks and you understand everything he tells you about your health. His staff is unbelievable amazing very nice polite patient and caring. I wouldn't go no other place. Dr Durandis is a very great compassionate Dr he takes the time to listen and not in a rush. I wouldn't trade him for nobody. Keep up the impeccable work of what you do.
I recently visited Excel Medical and had an exceptional experience from start to finish especially a big shout out to Marcelle, heart of the clinic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, reflecting their commitment to patient care. Bad experience. My sister had a 10:30 AM appointment and was seen at 1:00 PM. But when Dr James Sinsurin entered the room it became ridiculous. Because of the wait, I didn't acknowledge him. This made him angry and he refused to examine my sister. I informed him that I would seek another provider he stated that he didn't care. It's crazy because her legs are swollen and she received no treatment. Getting a new PCP.
