I came here to find out if my bladder lift was no longer working, and the doctor evaluated me first in his office and then said he needed to evaluate me down there, which I thought was kind of weird but OK and then he did this test with a type of Q-tip and put it in my bladder. Yes, it's like punctured my bladder, and put the Q-tip inside and ever since then Two weeks ago the pain has not gone away. I called the office. They told me they were too busy to see me, but if it was that urgent to go to the urgent care and they scheduled me for the next week to visit. So I decided to go to the urgent care and URGENT CARE did a culture on my Urine And three days later they called me and told me that I was positive for a bacteria infection that is resistant to many antibiotics. The only one that they can give me at home could possibly have permanent side effects so I said no way! So the doctor said well then you have to go to the emergency room to be a minute! So I'm now here in the hospital. This is my second day in the hospital getting IV antibiotics and I'm starting to feel better but don't ever go to this doctor please! This is unacceptable and should never happen to anybody! I walked in healthy and walked out Not! If I didn't come to the emergency room for Ivy antibiotics, it could've gone into my bloodstream, I could've become septic. My organs would have failed and I could've died!P

I booked an appointment with Dr. Carlos Rodriguez Ortiz, but when I arrived, I was informed he was not available at this location. Instead, I was told two other doctors work there, including Dr. Armando Rivero.
I was not notified of this change in advance, which caused confusion and frustration.
I hope the clinic improves communication and transparency with patients.

This office was is the worst obgyn offices I've been to. This is my fourth baby and we came here because it was close to our home but I should've known better than to stay with them after my first visit. Everytime you come to this office 1 expect to be there for 3+hrs they over schedule and you'll be there all day and 2 if you try calling the office they 99% of the time don't answer. I had missed my appointment because my son was hit by a car and when I called to reschedule they did not answer nor call me back. I've tried numerous times to make contact and no luck today I finally had luck and they had dropped my case because I missed my appointment when I reiterated I had an emergency they didn't take it into consideration nothing. I am 29week and now without a doctor. Honestly the worst and most inconsiderate office ever.
