Excellent experience with the staff at the desk and check out. Grateful for the appointment. Very disappointed in the nurse practitioner. She had no knowledge of my history. Her exam was confined to just my ears. Without exploring any other possibilities. Even with a report of current URI, no further evaluation. And questioning my request for labs for upcoming appointment. It was discouraging. Previous experience with a nurse practitioner was amazing.
