I cannot say enough great things about Sara Delgado, Access Coordinator at Conviva Health Center. From the moment you speak with her, you can feel her genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication to helping others. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient feels heard, valued, and supported. Sara is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to resolve any issues, and always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Her friendly demeanor and caring attitude truly make a difference, and she has a way of turning what could be a stressful process into a smooth and pleasant experience. It's rare to find someone who is not only amazing at their job but also treats you like family. Sara is truly a gem, and Conviva Health Center is lucky to have her!

Sara Delgado, the Access Coordinator at the West Kendall Conviva clinic, is truly exceptional. Since day one, she has been a reliable and caring support for my grandmother Maricela --guiding her through every process and application with patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Her dedication and strong work ethic stand out. Sara is always kind, empathetic, and consistently goes above and beyond to help. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service she provides.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I had a deeply disappointing experience with Conviva Senior Primary Care, particularly with Dr. Vivian R. Sanchez, that has left us questioning the quality and reliability of care provided--especially for elderly patients. Dr. Sanchez expressed concern that my grandmother's blood pressure was low and stated that she "wasn't herself." When I asked how recently she had seen my grandmother, her answer was three months ago. My grandmother has not changed in that time. This response raised serious concerns about the attentiveness and familiarity the doctor has with her patients. To our surprise, Dr. Sanchez proceeded to call emergency rescue services to evaluate my grandmother. When the paramedics arrived, they were professional and thorough--and ultimately found that her vital signs, including blood pressure and blood sugar levels, were all within normal ranges. One of the first responders even privately advised us to consider finding another doctor. That kind of feedback, coming from a medical professional, was eye-opening. We also experienced alarming issues with medication management. My grandmother went three full days without her necessary prescriptions due to miscommunication and delays from the office. Although we were told the medications would be delivered, they never arrived. My mother was in contact with the office from 9:00 AM trying to get clarification. Later in the day, someone from the office called me and asked if I was planning to pick them up. When I went to the in-house pharmacy--located within the same facility--I was told the order hadn't even come through until after 12:00 PM. When I asked for an explanation from the doctor's office, the staff refused to come out and address the issue directly. The most troubling part of our visit came after the rescue team had cleared my grandmother. As we were preparing to leave, a staff member mentioned that bloodwork still needed to be done. Dr. Sanchez did not return to the room to follow up or explain the next steps--there was no communication, no reassurance, and no closure. It felt as though my grandmother was being dismissed rather than cared for. In summary, this experience left us with serious concerns about the quality of care at Conviva Senior Primary Care. The lack of clear communication, the delays in treatment, and the unwillingness to accept responsibility for mistakes are unacceptable--especially in a facility entrusted with the care of vulnerable seniors. We expect professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion from a senior care provider. Unfortunately, we did not experience that here. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for improved practices and patient engagement.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They have a calling center that doesn't do anything except take a message. They don't take the message detailed enough to help you. So basically your medical issue is like playing telephone. Te message gets interpreted wrong and they don't do their job. The office referral staff is terrible. They have no urgency. They say they are working on it. And they don't. I spent days and days calling back and forth and being the same answers..Meanwhile my mother can't get her appt!!!!!! Billing and laziness is the problem, and they need to revamp their business model and get rid of staff and the calling center. BE forewarned. GO AT YOUR OWN risk!

Sarah Delgado is alway helpful, pleasant, service with a smile. She makes my visits feel like she's family. Keep up the great job
