Behavioral health is very helpful to me and also the staff is quite good. Sometimes I get confused on my appointment dates and have to go get my shot and I don't have an appointment to get me in right away so that my shot could continue on the date it's supposed to be given. I've had several of your psychiatrist and everybody has the same goal to help and very grateful to my doctors.

I am so glad I got insurance so I never have to use this center again. The primary care doctor is ok, though she pushes a lot of medicine instead of preventive care. But the gynecologist is the worst I've ever experienced. Not only does he make even the most basic procedure (the Pap) an excruciating and stressful experience, but I received a diagnosis that was disproven by a second opinion. I don't have a high opinion about the lab on site for this reason, as well. It's bad enough that the place is run-down and that the office staff are unfriendly and ignore questions (especially in English), but the careless staff had me worried for two years that I was sick with a condition I don't actually have! When I presented with no symptoms, I had two other doctors examine me and they found NOTHING. I have become very distrustful of doctors for this reason, among others. I don't recommend this center, although in this ridiculously broken system we have, a lot of people will have no choice but to go here. But if at all possible, MAKE IT YOUR LAST CHOICE, your LAST RESORT. You're better off finding a doctor with a sliding scale than put up with bad medicine.

I love the service and care! I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and was seen right away. Almost no wait time and all the staff was so very polite I love my visit

They are lucky I can't put 0. The family medicine department should not be caring for families. New Doctor Mario Joel Joseph Wright is not properly trained to see and manage services on his own. He needs additional training on holding himself and his team accountable when they mess up, rather than deflecting and blaming everyone else. Not only did he not show "care" he also encouraged me to report him to Department of Health - which I will be doing. Waiting 5 hours for a paper that I had submitted over three weeks ago for my child's SEVERE allergy. They lost the paper and the doctor was "unavailable to sign it" because he took the paper with him. Shouldn't this be a HIPAA violation? Taking paperwork outside of the office?

Ayita Verna and her team were simply amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses .... You guys make a difference! It feels great to be seen! Keep up the good work!
