This is the most incompetent set off staff I have ever encounter, They put you on hold for 5 hours never come back then get a recording to leave message they never check machine cause they never call back. To get a referral you would probably die before they do their job and when you do get a referral the order is wrong this is the worse Doctors office staff the Drs are good and attentive but they need to get a new set off staff and referral department. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them, but it wouldn't let me write a review if I didn't.

I been going here for the last six years. Even tho doctor Ivonne Garcia left I still enjoy my new Dr. Mesa
The front desk is friendly. The medical assistant are nice especially Carmen. And the Supervisor is lovely.

I've been coming to this office for the last six or seven years today I had an appointment I was expecting to see my nurse practitioner, but she left in January and nobody told me when they confirm that appointment for today at 2:20 I went in the room on 3 o'clock. Nobody came and told me nothing or the doctor will be with you shortly so I step out and I left I need to talk to the manager she was a lunch!
I called later. She was At the desk! I asked to reform my co-pay and they told me they cannot do that. They have to melt my co-pay by check. . I would not recommend this place from now on and I make sure when they ask me where you went for your doctors. I will talk about this place. There's no manners they're nasty. They have no professional attitudes. They're very mean they're not pleased and they're not friendly at all at all don't use this clinic

My beautiful doctor G makes you feel like family than a patient, the staff are always warm and welcoming you with a smile. They are the best I pray all doctors were concerned about their patients condition and care. I love and enjoy visiting Dr. Ivonne Garcia. I love her very much.
