There is a great medical team leading by Frank who is a very professional worker and he communicates properly, my experience was great with Frank and Milagros since the first phone call, during my test I was surprised with the customer service provided by a young kid that unfortunately I don't remember his name who helped me after and before my test. Also I would like to congratulate the nurse, her name is Cecile, she did also an outstanding job. I am very greatful for the service you guys provided to me. Keep doing a good job. The check-in booth at the front was not properly managed because there was a training being taught how to check in the patient. There was a long line. We have to wait quite a bit you've gotten checked in and sent to the registration department at this point. It became a beautiful experience every single person in that department was wonderful. Kudos to Carlos and the young lady. They're also which is her name escapes me from there. I was taken to the MRI department and which the tech was absolutely wonderful kind knowledgeable, and I have no problem in telling every single person that I know that they should have. The MRI done at this location

Great experience, registration for MRI was fast and clerk was very nice. Nurse providing MRI was excellent, patient, explained everything flawless. Excellent patient care. Thank you for providing such good care and easy access as well as paperwork!

My experience with the entire administrative and medical staff the day of my procedure was exceptional. The person that checked my in was courteous, the nurses explained everything thoroughly, and the anesthesiologist took her time to answer any questions I had. Finally, the surgeon, Dr. Armando Alvarez, was very professional and explained in detail the procedure. I never felt that he was rushed and, by his demeanor, it was clear that he truly enjoyed and took pride in his job. I now understand and agree with his very high patient satisfaction score.
