Patient
I would say the technician that did sonogram was very professional and him I give 5 stars, but for the front desk girl that greeted me and supposedly registered me, her I give 1 to no stars. The front desk was anything but professional. They joked and carried on like they were the only ones in the room. I came earlier than my appointment and I had preregistered so I expected to be seen rather quickly however it took 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen and even though I kept asking the front counter girl if I was registered and she kept saying yes, i had to approach and complain that I thought something was wrong because I kept seeing others come and go. She finally admitted 'oops my fault' and convinced one of the techs to take me next, and though he did put up some resistance he did see me and treated me very professionally. I suggest the front staff receive better training on what professionalism looks like because they act like they are work at a highschool front desk rather than at a medical establishment.
