Booked an appointment the day before. I was greatly appreciative of being able to get an appointment so soon. Office staff was nice. Once I arrived they decided to tell me that there was a mix up with my information and someone should of called me the day before. They did not and didn't show any care to get my issue fixed on the spot. Instead offered a later appointment which I cannot make. Seems odd to offer a letter appointment if my information is messed up. Why not fix it and commit to the appointment they gave me? Very upset to wake up and start my day like this. I will never recommend sorry.
