I've been coming to this clinic for 9 months now. Beginning with Dr. Gomez-Padron, Adriana, and Diamelys the entire staff are always very professional and personable. The clinic is always clean and tidy. I speak little Spanish, they always make sure I understand my labs results, appointments and medications. I love the transportation to and from my drs. appointments. Like Tony the Tiger says "they're GREEAAT!

Customer service is really bad. Been waiting over 1 the phone for 1 hour! I have the screen shots to prove. I called multiple times today and no body ever answers. Very bad

I have very bad experience in this clinic. Have an appointment for 7.15 for blood exam, at 7.40 ask the front desk if they attend for appointment or for order walk in. She tell me for appointment. I said my appointment was for 7.15. She tell me the person who take blood came late, so you need to wait until they call you. At 7.45 another person who came after me was called. So I decided to leave. I think that's is disrespectful. If I arrive in time for my appointment. Your staff need arrive in time. Telemedicine appointment ufff.. dr never call you. When you waisted your time and go to the clinic just for exams results and you ask the dr why they never call, she only reply. I don't have the time for calls. So why they offer this service when the dr doesn't have the time to do the call. This is insane.

Worst place to go unless you have the whole day to sit and wait. This morning I spoke with the nurse she is aware of the allergy that I have. Got to the clinic at 9:30 am and is 2 pm still waiting. They have several receptionist and none care. Specially the one who sits in the middle with glasses. Worst place to come.

had an excellent experience with this facility. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient team. I highly recommend Centrum Health to anyone looking for a reliable primary care provider!
