Simply put, South Florida Multispecialty Associates is the WORST physicians group and business I have ever dealt with. Think through all of the things that a business can do to leave you with the impression that they offer adequate customer service, and then understand that South Florida Multispecialty Associates does NONE of those things. As a practical example, a simple question about a prescription refill has lead to (on multiple occasions) six or seven calls to their offices without getting any of the following: A) an answer B) a refill C) a call back. I think that's a bit ridiculous.
